You must carry your learners permit, overseas license or international permit with you at all times during lessons.
For cancellation or rescheduling of any booked lesson, a 24-hour notice must be given to your instructor directly, otherwise a 50% fee of one lesson price will apply. Any lesson cancelled on the same day, will be considered as taken and will incur a full lesson price.
To avail a discounted package price, you must pay in advance for full package price. Otherwise, single lesson price will apply.
Sundays, Public holidays & Night driving lessons will incur an additional charge.
Purchased package lessons must be used; within 4 months for 10 or more lessons and 3 months for 5 lessons.
Refund: In the event of a prepaid package which has already commenced, the refund amount will be less the lessons undertaken. Lessons undertaken will be charged at the full single lesson price.
Drive Test: On the day of the Drive Test, it is the driver’s responsibility to have all necessary documentation as required by VicRoads, such as Learners permit, Completed logbook, Overseas licence, Passport, Proof of address, etc. For any reason, if your drive test does not occur due to student’s mistake or fault, no refund will be provided.
